Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used pillows may not be eligible.

Email info@charmstrand.com with your order number to start a return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
